POWRi Lonestar 600's Non Wing

Sessums & Laplante Claim Victories at Heart O' Texas Speedway

POWRi Lonestar 600's presented by K & K Earthworks landed themselves on night #1 of a double header weekend at Heart O' Texas Speedway. Rolling into the track, blaring the radio, the officials heard a awesome commercial. Yours truly would be putting on a show for the night. Checking in with 35 600's and 15 Restrictors. Heats kick off the show.

The Restrictor heat winners would be Chase Randall & Maverick Elkins.

And the 600's heat winners Blake Moeller, Chase Randall, Christopher Larson, Jeb Sessums & Jacob Lucas. Heat # 3 holds a lot of action. A wreck occurs between 1 & 2 involving Casey Carter & Patrick Lundy. A hard flip sends Lundy for a double tuck. And Carter for a full twist. A slight worry with Lundy' s pain afterwords. Both driver's check out okay after all. Huge thanks to the HOT speedway safety & medical staff. For ensuring our driver's safety. As well as our Ultrashield POWRi Lonestar 600's safety crew. These guys could give a dragster a run for it's money. Their awesome response times are on point A short intermission & driver autographs take place. The B-main holding 15 racers move out. Taking top 4 finishers from the B. Collin Taylor, Trevor Goad, Bash Ferguson, & Ray Morgan take on the last 4 spots to the A-main.

Restrictor A-main rolls out. Ryder Laplante & Chase Randall set the pace. Randall gave it his best shot after each caution to run down Laplante. Ryder stuck it & held off the field taking his ride to victory lane. Taking home $300 bucks back to Oklahoma for his Dad's birthday! 600's.

600's to the hot grid. The boys and girls roll it out 4 wide to the tune of the POWRi Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks A-main intro. And a fireworks display. Jacob Lucas & Karson Battarbee lead the field to the green. Lucas & Sessums take on the battle for the lead. Wheel to wheel action. Each caution aired. The restarts phenomenal. 3/4 in Traylor would find himself upside down & done for the night. Driver checked out okay. A restart takes off & Lucas retires quickly due to a engine expiration. All the while Jason Tyer was hunting down some prey. White flag flies. Tyer gives Sessums a run for the money. Sessums over comes by a wheel length. A wild victory donut later & he parks it in victory lane $750 check! Shout out to Bush's Chicken for sponsoring the night!

Dragon Fly Aviation Hard Charger award goes to Mike Walling. Wheeled his ill ride from 19th to 8th place.

Pulse Racing innovations EZ tear off system award goes to Preston Perlmutter.

Big thanks to all teams, fans, officials & families who joined us for the show. HOT Speedway, our hats go off to you all for the awesome hospitality & kindness through out the night! Packed the stands & we sure brought a show.

Tonight the POWRi Lonestar600's presented by K&K Earthworks take to 281 Speedway in Stephenville, Texas. Let's go racing boys & girls!
