Back at It
Chris Coker is back in action this weekend in the ASCS Gulf South vs. Lone Star action in Texas. The 5C team will be sporting a new sponsor as CrossFit Wylie (www.crossfitwylie.com) of Wylie, TX joins the team. The team is excited to be back in action for only the third time this season after.
"We took a hiatus so I could relocate and start a new business. Everything is going well and we are looking at getting on the track more often. But we are going to take baby steps, and make sure it is done right." Says team Principle and Driver Chris Coker. "We have great equipment, and the skill. It's the day to day operating costs and time needed to compete every weekend we are still lacking. But we didn't come this far to quit. It's who we are. It's what we've always done. We'll keep going even if it's only a couple races each month."
The team is going to take the remainder of 2012 one race at a time and re-evaluate over the off season. You can like the team on Facebook to keep up with news and results.
